Registration Form
The first step of registration is to fill out the registration form. Click the button below to fill out the form.

Payment
The second step is to submit payment.

Registration includes player t-shirt and uniform.

USA Lacrosse Membership
The third step is to create or renew your player's USA Lacrosse Membership ($30). This is required insurance to participate in the league. We will collect all USA Lacrosse membership numbers and expiration dates before the season begins.
